Project Overview
This project began as a test assignment and evolved into a fully accepted and implemented design for a CRM platform in the fintech sector. The task was to redesign the client’s personal account interface with a strong focus on financial services, automation, and self-service through chatbot integration. After presenting the solution, the company approved the work and passed it on to the development team.
Key Highlights
Designed an adaptive dashboard interface for both desktop and mobile using Figma.
Reorganized financial sections by merging “Payments” and “Finance” into a single unified module for ease of use.
Introduced new modules like “My Devices” and “Servers” tailored to fintech-specific infrastructure.
Integrated a chatbot interaction zone for real-time support and transaction guidance.
Implemented a story/banner section to communicate system updates, financial alerts, and marketing campaigns.
Built the UI around scalable components with a clean, modern visual style aligned to the brand’s fintech identity.
