Project Overview
This project started as a test assignment to design the Personal Account interface for a telecom company’s clients. After presenting the concept, the design was approved and passed to the development team for implementation. The primary objective was to create a modern, clean, and adaptive dashboard where users can manage their telecom services and interact with support.
Key Highlights
Developed adaptive layouts for desktop and mobile using a modular grid system in Figma.
Created a customizable main navigation with modules such as:

Contracts
Support (Tech & Personal Manager)
Notifications
Billing & Payments (combined into a unified Finance section)
Applications & Requests
IT Section, Devices, and Servers
Integrated a stories/banner section to communicate updates, promotions, and service messages.
Used a clean, minimalist visual style that aligns with the brand identity and enhances readability.
Focused on user scenarios: viewing balance, making payments, requesting support, and managing contracts.
Achieved Goals
Hypothesis: Users need quicker access to their most-used services (billing, support, and active contracts).
Solution: Placed these modules at the top of the navigation and in dashboard quick access cards.
Hypothesis: Traditional support forms are too slow and frustrating. Solution: Integrated chat-based support through a chatbot or live agent to resolve issues in real time.
Testing: Internal usability checks using clickable Figma prototypes for both desktop and mobile flows.
Increased clarity and efficiency in managing telecom services.
Improved perceived responsiveness with real-time support access.
Created a system-ready design with scalable UI components for future modules.
The solution was accepted by the client and transferred to the development team for implementation. It now serves as the foundation for the new digital experience of their customer-facing dashboard.
